Acacia is naturally high in fructose, which is why this is the slowest of our honeys to crystallise and the easiest to pour straight from the fridge. Single-origin from the Kashmir valley.
Kashmiri acacia honey is raw honey made by bees from acacia blossoms in Kashmir. It is pale, mild and slow to crystallise, so it stays runny for longer than most honey. Nutri Greenz sells it in 350g to 750g packs, delivered across Hyderabad, and every lot is lab-tested before it ships.

Our honey is gathered by traditional beekeepers from a single forest harvest, without smoking out the hive or sacrificing the queen. It's strained but never heated or ultra-filtered, so the enzymes, pollen and aroma stay in the jar.
Because it's raw, it crystallises naturally in cooler months, which is a good sign that nobody heated it.

Never pasteurised, so the enzymes and pollen stay intact.

Traced to one forest harvest, not bulk-blended.

Screened for added sugar and syrup adulteration.
Eat raw honey unheated so its enzymes stay alive.
Stir into warm (not hot) water: with lemon for a gentle morning ritual.
Drizzle over breakfast: yoghurt, oats or fruit love a raw spoonful.
A natural sweetener: swap into dressings and marinades off the heat.
Soothe a sore throat: a classic teaspoon, neat, when the weather turns.

Crystallisation is natural and a hallmark of raw, unprocessed honey. Stand the jar in warm water to liquefy it gently: never microwave, as that destroys the enzymes.
Yes. Every lot is lab-tested for C3/C4 sugar adulteration and added syrup. We add nothing: no sugar, no jaggery, no glucose.
It's fine for most people, but raw honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.
Because it's single-forest and seasonal. Multifloral, acacia and forest honeys each carry the flavour of the blossoms the bees foraged. Variation means it's genuine.
Keep it sealed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Raw honey never truly spoils.
Each honey tastes of the blossoms the bees visited. Here's how they differ.

The traceability is real
I scanned the lot code on the label and actually saw the farm it came from. The quality is exceptional. This is now a permanent pantry staple for us.
Great quality, would reorder
Really happy with it overall. Would have liked a slightly larger size option but the standard pack is excellent value.
Finally, food I trust
Knowing exactly which farm my food came from changed how I shop. The whole family has switched over. Delivery was prompt too.
Single-origin staples other shoppers picked, lab-tested and lot-traceable like this one.
Every jar funds traditional beekeepers who protect forests instead of clearing them.
