Try again, and check that your account details, billing address and password (for net banking) are correct and that your internet connection stays up while you pay. If money was taken from your account even though the payment failed, it usually goes back to your bank account within 7 business days. If you need anything else, contact our customer care team.

1. Log in to the Nutri Greenz app.
2. Open the menu and choose Wallet.
3. Enter the amount and pay with a wallet, UPI or net banking.

1. Tap the Wallet icon at the top right of the home screen.
2. Choose the auto-pay option and tap Apply.
3. Choose the payment method you want to use.
4. Once you have paid, you’ll see a payment confirmation screen.

Every time your wallet balance reaches Rs 100, the wallet is topped up automatically.

1. Log in to the Nutri Greenz app.
2. Open the menu and choose Account and Preferences.
3. Tap the three dots at the top right to edit or delete autopay.

If your wallet balance is too low, your services are stopped. Keep enough money in your wallet for your deliveries to continue.

Cashback is always credited when you recharge your wallet. If you haven’t received it, please allow 24 hours for it to show in your wallet.

1. In the Nutri Greenz app, open the menu and go to Wallet & payment modes.
2. Choose the auto-pay mode. The cashback is given one time only.
